Returns will be accepted for defective products
only. Returns will be accepted at the purchaser's expense via UPS, FedEx, US
Mail Priority Express or a recognized delivery service that provides a tracking
number. In the case of a defective product, the purchaser will be issued a
replacement DVD-ROM and a credit on their original shipping charge.
Refund / Cancellation Policy Only unopened product returned within 14 Business days will be accepted for Refund. Customer is responsible for paying the freight charges.
